So Dear, Do You Want To Take The Bentley Or The Maserati?

These cars were left with the valet as we walked into the mall. I don’t see myself ever owning one of these even if I had millions. However, if I did, I am not sure I could turn it over to a teenage valet for a paper ticket. Oh and if you didn’t figure it out, this mall is located in an upscale locale in downtown Charlotte. Very nice, but very expensive and new developments are going up everywhere.

My Weakness…

I just love a good bakery. Different kinds of bread are one of my favorite things to eat. We have gone to this one twice since we have been here. Brittany and I want to open up one in Madison. Oh and of course we will also sell gourmet cheeses and coffee!

Now we just need an investor! Any takers? :-)

The Girl Knows How To Shop!

Brittany knows how to shop. She loves style and yet also wants and knows how to find a “great deal”. It’s a challenge for her and she is willing to work to find them. Tonight she ran across some boots she just loved. They were originally $145.00 and they just so happened to have her size. By the time they accounted for the markdown and the thirty extra percent off because she and Nana combined their purchases to take their total over the magic $100.00 mark, she paid around $35.00. Not bad at all! And they look great to!

The Things We Do For Our Kids!

Returning from the mission of getting a photo of the Custom Nissan Z that Hunter thought was AWESOME! It turned out to be a quarte-mile hike and finding a way around a fence to get to it.

I Look Like A Terrorist I Guess…

Today at the mall in Charlotte, I was asked by a security guard to stop what I was doing and not take any pictures that included any of the storefronts. I hadn’t planned on taking a huge number of photos, but you try taking a photo inside a mall that doesn’t include any stores. It cuts back on your options a bit. I guess they thought I was staking out the place so I could work out a plan of attack.

I should have shaved this morning…Or maybe it was the turtleneck that gave me away!

Here is the one storefront I got, before I was warned. I have removed everything but the sign to protect the innocent!
